RIXTO

Terms of use

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Covers the waitlist site and, when launched, the RIXTO product. Not legal or tax advice.

These Terms of use govern access to the RIXTO website and services. RIXTO is an informational software tool. It does not replace a tax advisor, lawyer, or accountant.

Scope — now (waitlist)

The public site currently collects email addresses for a waiting list and provides legal and cookie information. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, contract for paid services, or any guarantee of access, pricing, features, or launch date. There is no fee for joining the waitlist.

Scope — upcoming product

When launched, RIXTO will offer country-specific crypto tax reporting from imported history (for example CSV), starting with Italy (outputs oriented to Quadro RT / RW / RM style reporting). MVP orientation: LIFO cost basis and published rule packs. RIXTO does not automatically file returns with any tax authority. Pricing and plans will be published separately when available.

Your responsibility

Provide a valid email you control for the waitlist. When using the product: you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of imported files and settings; review any blocked or review-required items before relying on figures; and verify results with a qualified professional and official sources before filing.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, or acceptance of any figure by tax authorities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the waitlist is zero (the waitlist is free); for paid product periods, liability is capped at the fees you paid to us for the relevant period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

MiCA / CASP

RIXTO is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCA (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114). We do not custody crypto-assets, route orders, or exchange crypto-assets on your behalf. RIXTO is tax and information software only.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; for product account users we may also notify by email when practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
